My phone is a v505 motorola and I found today that the problem is the incription needs to be off or something like that.I need help for having my phone to work for the internet please help .....thank you if any body knows anything about this please help...thank you

Hey bro, sorry but we'll need a better understanding of what you're up against.

Your post is very brief and doesn't give much useful information.

Phone, internet, encryption?? I don't understand...if u just want to use the web browser on your phone, you can call your cellphone service provider and they'll walk u thru getting it configured.

Other than that, you'll need to type out a few more paragraphs so we can understand what the problem is.

the problem with my phone is that it try to connect to the internet but it can so I call my Phone company and everything is fine with the setup ,so he mentioned to me something about the incription in the phone needs to be unlock the incription or turn it off, he said that I need to contact motorola for this or try to find out how to do this true the forums so this is what I'm trying to do.Do you have any Idea what are they talking about?

Hmm yeah I have no idea why they can't get you set up for the internet. I am not sure what encryption you might have on your phone, but as long as your phone is WAP (internet) capable ...which I have a v505, so I know it is, I don't know why you wouldn't be able to connect.
