ARMax Cheats with Memory card Exploit

I would like to input some cheat codes and I'm using the Memory card Exploit and running HD Loader (Toxic Loader). Is there a way to get the cheats to work this way?
All of my games are on my HD and I've been trying to get this working, but I can't seem to figure it out.
Any help is appreciated.
