OK i get the mods i want.Then i use PPF-O-MATIC and patch the map there.Next i sign it and transfer it over to my xbox to the maps in halo2.When i play halo2 on my modded xbox and go to the map i modded,the mods dont work.Whats going on????

dont use ppf omatic, use dot halo ppf omatic sux ass. then when ur bringing them into ur xbox ur putting them in the right place im guessing? and when u start the game is it just blak screen, do u freeze up or does it just say failed to load map.

When i try to start the map, it will act like it will start but then it will go black and take me to the pregame lobby.By the way i bought this premodded with trainers.So in FlashFXP i put the map in the maps folder.Is that right?

ok here ill give u the entire tutorial on this,
1. download dothalo.
2. download cmr.
u get theses from http://www.halomaps.com
DONT USE PPF O MATIC USE DOT HALO FIRST. BUT TO SIGN IT U USE CMR.
ok now if u make ur mods first open dot halo and make the mods u want to make. then close the map and open up cmr. open the map there and sign. now transfer it to ur xbox and itll work.
if u use ppf's for begginers, then heres wht u do. download the ppfs. open dothalo. click apply ppf. then u click fix encryption. now u cn transfer those mods to ur xbox, but before i suggest using cmr to sign it cuz dothalo is still bugged and wont always work. u cn use either one though.

o ya and u do click overwrite when u use flash fxp to transfer maps. just make sure u always have a copy of the unmodded maps on ur computer. and if u hve xbox live just tell me ur gamertag and ill give u good modding ideas. but dont go on xbl with a modded xbox. unmod it by clicking restore ms backupon the blue screen. then go on.

dont listen to this kid hes a noob, restorin gms bakup isnt enough to not get banned, u have to restore the unmodded maps on ur xbox too. and also halomaps=gay go to www.danhrules.co.uk become a member, go to the forums sec, then downloads, then halo 2, and look for modding tools 1.3 that has everything u need.

modding tools 1.3 has the latest version of dot halo, and if u dont want to use dot halo u can use like 6 other programs to mod the map.

Ok i have one more question.Does it matter if i bought this already premodded with a bigger hardrive?Plus it wont let me on live.Gives error 21.

ur such a newb i swear, i learned how to do all of this by myself, how to get around the error all of it, i know how to fix ur problem, its urs mod u put to many on, and it is fucking it up, learn how to mod before u actually do it, damn
