Open dothalo and select the weapon tag [weap.
Select the weapon u want to edit for example I will be using the plasma pistol.
Find the object/weapons/pistol/plasma_pistol/plasma_pistol and open the dependencies/loneIDs/refluxes window. Find and select one of the proj tag as this is for the projectile. There should be two for the plasma pistol, one for primary and one for charged. At the top of the window change the tag class to vehi and change the dependencies/loneIDs to objects/vehicles/warthog/warthog or any other vehicle tag in the drop down box.

NOTE: Plasma pistol and rocket launcher are the only weapons that the changed projectile can be seen by everyone.
