Well to start it off I had a couple DVDs but they got ruined in a flood we had, so i went to download them off the internet from my friend. He said this is the best way to burn a DVD :

1. Download WinISO, extract the mpeg (or mpg) from the .bin files.
2. Download Easy Video joiner, join the two mpeg (or mpg) files.
3. Download WinAVI Video Converter ... Convert file to DVD. (Will result in a folder being placed wherever you choose, named "dvd_0" and will contain two folders: "AUDIO_TS" and "VIDEO_TS")
4. Download GEAR DVD PRO Mastering Edition, load the "VIDEO_TS" folder into GEAR, then burn.

So I start extracting the mpg from the iso file and then join the two. After that I watch the clip in Windows Media Player just to see if it still worked and it worked like the orginal DVD that I downloaded from my friend.

Well Then I start using WINAVI to changed it to a DVD format and then i burned it with GEAR. When I watched it on my DVD player most of the movie the words/music/shooting went way faster then the picture or a little faster. I tryed it on all my dvd players and ever my computer and still the same thing. I thought maybe it was GEAR and then I tryed NERO and same result. Then I converted the mpg file of the movie to a Windows Media Player formart and AVI format. Both of these on my computer had the same result when I watch the DVD version on my TV. Please somebody help me get this fix, its a pain in the ass :(

What kind of media are you using? And what speed are you burning at? These are most likly the problems but it could jsut be a bad file, have you tried to DL it again?

I was burning at 4X in Gear Pro. The download I think is fine because I think the problem is WinAVI because like I said I burned a dvd and the video and audio didn't match and then a used WinAVI to make a AVI file format and the Audio and Video were the same as the DVD. But the file that I load up in to WinAVI to be transfered is fine, may another program I can try?
