i have downloaded the game from bittorret and installed it but i need a valid serial # or crack to get buy this. or is there a folder i can delete before i install the game???

never heard of that for a gmae. have heard of some that require passwords to unzip them, but that's it. only programs require
serial numbers and cracks, that and i think PC games

Call of Duty 2 isnt out on the PS2,im pretty sure he is talking about the PC game.

ps2 has call of duty 2: big red one, which is a different game. some online pc games need serial numbers. he's just trying to get a free one. hah.

hey thought I'd use this thread instead of starting another. Trying to backup Call of Duty 2 - Big Red One. Game loads and gives you the menu but wont go any further. Thought it might have been the imation disks I have been using but just got some ritek in and still having the same problem.

I tried using ISO buster and then dragging the files in that order into Nero but I get the same result if I do that as when I do a 1:1 backup so am now stumped thats the extent of my knowledge

Any help would really be appreciated thanx

that should just be a strait up copy.
Imation are really not that good and i would stay clear
of those. Ritek G05, if that is what you have, are suppose to be really good. But that doesn't mean that they will work for you. Each PS2 is a little different. Like mine loves Philips 8X DVD-R
and TDK works real well too.
Have you tried using DVD Decrypter and not rebuilding the ISO with Nero and ISO Buster?
also what speed are the DVD's and what speed are you burning it at?
Does your DVD burner have the latest firmware? that helps with
media compatibility

hey thanx for replying - i have done a straight 1:1 copy using Nero for some reason my decrypter is screwed and will only copy to hdd and not burn (time for a reinstall) I'll try a straight copy using decrypter.
I've had issue with Phillips and Sony disks before - someone told me imation were good and they have worked with every other station game but then someone here said i should use ritek as I was having issues - hence I got some of those.

I always burn disks at 2x I've tried to tell it to burn single speed but the disks wont take it! and i upgraded the firmware maybe a couple months ago on dvd drive as I had problems with it

Will get latest decrypter and give that a go - all this isnt good on the braincells when you have a newborn baby!
