Hello, im in need of some assistance again.

What it is whenever i create a DVD and play it on my home DVD player the quality is excellent and the sound is too, but i notice a very annoying thing the sound is delayed probable around half a second so when people speak i can hear them before they actually speak on the dvd, why is this ?.

Hi vexeh, welcome to AD, one question where are you getting your movies, are they downloaded (which is quite OK) or are you backing up a DVD?

Well my dear vexeh, this be the crux of your problem. A lot of movies that are downloaded, sad to say, are pirated copies from movie theatres usually on a Video camera, hence the poor quality and sound problems. If you were having this problem after BACKING up original DVDs it would be a different matter. You will just have to live with it(Well thats my opinion)

When you downloaded the movie did it say DVDRip...this indicates that it is from an actual DVD

Also when you download dvds the soud can be a different file than the picture your downloading,... if so the only thing you can do is try from a different source,.... try limewire,.... its usually pritty good,... its free or you can by it for 19
