I saved an ISO image with decrypter. Is there a program I can use to shrink it?

DVD Shrink:

Set the target size in DVD Shrink to "Custom" and then the size to 4350 or 4300.

ISO is an exact data image of the DVD, bit for bit. It is what is actually burned onto the disk. The contents of a disk can also be ripped into the component files, stored in the VIDEO_TS folder. DVDs have two folders, VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS. The VIDEO_TS folder contains all the files, including audio, for a video DVD. The AUDIO_TS folder contains files for a DVD Audio disk. It'll be empty for a movie disk and filled with files for a 5.1 dvd audio concert type disk. Shrink can output in either a files mode or a final iso image mode. If outputed into files, the files will later be combined into an image file for burning by whatever program is used.
