hey when this multisession thing pops up do i click to burn as Multisession or without it and if i burn it at Multisession will it play in dvd players (i was burning a xvid data disc onto a dvd-r when this poped up and yes my dvd player plays xvid)

Multi-session burning has not been a reliable technology. Time and time again people have reported problems retrieving data from previous burns. So do it at your own risk.
