Ok, here is the situation. I made my slide tool today and went to use it. When i was trying it out i think i might have done something to the disk tray pin. The tray will now only open a little bit or not a all. I tied to use the slide tool to put it back in to place but it is proving hard. Has anyone got any suggestions into a way i might fix it.

You will need to open up your ps2, remember to remove the warranty sticker behind the machine, then gently remove the top cover.
then open up the dvd drive screw off the 2 screws on the dvd drivesled, and then pull out the sled, then put the white sled guide arm back to the zero point, all the way to lef if your console is facing forward to you..

then just put back the drivesled and screw back the screws.

here's a pictured instructions, only in finnish tough..
