im just wondering....if i have the real copy of a game that works on my unmodded and unchipped ps2 and i want to burn it for my friend....do i need a modchip to play it? or do all this boot loading stuff or can i just burn it onto a DVD-R with CloneDVD because the disc is the right format for my ps2 and its not an import.

No sorry, its impossible to play a copied ps2 game without having some sort of mod for the ps2
