drp1012 ,
Welcome to the forum. You can remove all of the audio you do not want and also remove the subtitles you do not want. I keep no subtitles and only the audio I need ( 5.1) but I do movie only as if I want to see the extras then I'll pull out the original
You can also run the file that is created by Shrink through Shrink again if you want to

How do I run the file through shrink twice ? If I do that will it make it that much smaller?

drp1012 ,
Create another folder and call it Shrink X2 or what ever you want to call it.

Find the file DVD Shrink created.

"Set Target Size" is set to "custom" and the number to the right is 4300

Click on it ( first file Shrink did) and it will analyze it again and compress ( Make sure you tell Shrink the 2nd time to save it to Shrink X2)

You can auto burn w/ DVDDecrypter or Nero

Now the quality will be less but you can try it and see if the quality is good enough for you

I'd like to know what movie your doing that is compressed to 55% and still needs 2 disc.

Also have you tried reauthoring it so that you only get the movie?

@drp1012, depending on your viewing options that 55% could look pretty bad. Before I go to that level I would dl Dvd Rebuilder (the free version) and use HC by Hanks encoder...better quality. It is slower but if quality is important then I would go that route, otherwise go for it.

p.s. I would, as others have said, to try and reauthor before going further, unless you have and that is the movie.

The movie that i am trying to compress is a weight lifting video about Ronnie Coleman and it is like three and a half hours. On this particular movie quality isnt as important so I think I am going to try and compress it twice. I did try re-authoring and the movie is just that large that it wouldnt all fit on one disk. Thank you for all of your help though I really appreciate it!!
