HELP w/ V220 Motorola

I bought this phone and since day 1 it has droped call after 10 minutes no matter where you are located. Now several months later, it will only let me make a call every 15 "redials" and will not let me receive any calls( kicks to voice mail). This phone has been sent into Motorola Service 2 times and is always returned with the same problems. Their service SUCKS and They refuse to replace this phone with new one..THey say " Send it in and we will look at it"..
So, is there any update drivers ( if there is that sort of thing) or programs that can be downloaded and installed by myself to help my situation. OTHERWISE this baby is going to the TRASH bend!!

I think you should name them and shame them!
Phone the BBC's Watchdog!!
That really blows.
I can't believe they won't help you, when they have sold you a dodgy phone. It's disgusting.
Anyway, not sure about the drivers.
You may be better trying to PM one of the senior members, maybe they might know better.
MOSSY is a good source of knowledge.

WELL< I solved my Problem with this piece of SH*T of a V220 phone and Motorola's SORRY Service....Bought a Nokia phone on Ebay and will transfer Sim card to it. THEN I will be selling this V220 Phone on Ebay as well....oh...once it comes back from Motorola's Service Center for the 3rd time UNREPAIRED...NOW they admit they are not making it anymore...Hmmmm I wonder WHY?
