No I dont think there is any such working software as for now. Most of the emulators on the net are fake.

there is 1 app which i seen the other day but its in its early stages and can't quite play commercial software, at the minute its only homebrew software that'll play, didn't download or test it so it may be fake but if your interested type in google 'emulators'. click on the first one which is emulator-zone

Yeah most of the emulators are like that. They are just able to play SnesX games. They are 8 bit or 16 bit. Pointless appz. Nothing close to even Bleem!

PS2 Emulators are in its Early Stage ONLY. You can't find a actual ps2 emulator that plays a whole ps2 game with no glitches.
