Hi i just recently formated my hdd and had to put windows me on it all that is on my computer is baisicly Mcafee and nero and dvd decrypter and i dont have any apps useing up all the memory i just burnt my first dvd useing this os and it has taken round about 1Hr30Min at 4x i am useing a Pioneer 109 External usb 2.0 with nero burning rom 6.6.o.15 can anyone please advise me in solving this problem
Any help would be very much apreciated

- DMA needs to be ON, fix via this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm

- not good, still need to keep an eye on that free memory. make sure to close down as much as you can while burning, and no multitasking during the burn either...(just in case you do)...

Hi i remember you to i already turned the dma on i saved that info to disk ie http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm i thought it might come in hand in the future and i was right when the dvd was burning i was not eaven in the room i just left it as for the prob with mem i dont know what could be causeing it the computers hdd has been blanked with a new os put on it and i have instaled as little as poss i baisicly set it up just for dvds etc
