Cannot get EvoX to load

I have a Xenium Spice on an Xbox v1.6. I cannot get the EvoX dashboard to load. I am thouroughly confused on how to load the xboxdash.xbe file and the evox.ini. My Xenium OS v2.0.1 loads right up and I can transfer files no problem. When I go to boot to the dashboard.... NOTHING but error screen. Can someone that has this same chip and same setup give me a step by step????
