Pal games playing on ntsc ps2 work, but screen is crooked!

on almost every pal game i play on my ntsc ps2 using swap magic 3.3, the game will play and the picture is clear, but the screen is slightly tilted and the bottom 2 inches or so is cut off. this is very annoying because if there is text on the bottom of the screen you cannot read it and i get stuck not knowing what to do. is anyone else having this problem, and does anyone know anything that can be done to fix it?

Yeh thats because your ps2 is NTSC, try switching the viedeo mode on swap magic to NTSC, see what happens.

YEAH TOGAR thats the one that i followed last night. it stopped the picture from being black and white and rolling but now when i go to play my game it shows the movie parts just fine but the actual game play is in slow motion.
and 3dluis i got the game .rar and it was PAL so i wanted to play it on NTSC ps2 so i did the patch from the site below and it works but the game is slow now.

if you use Swap Magic 3.0 or above you can try burning it
strait up, no patching.
then just switch the video mode on the main Swap Magic
screen to PAL
that should play PAL games on an NTSC system.
the bottom will almost always be cut off due to the
screen rate difference.
If you hate that get a good mod chip installed like
DMS4 or Matrix Infinity.
Patching sometimes works but is sketchy at most.

I see, Than maybe, Use a different Program to convert the PS2 games to NTSC???
