i have downloaded several movies off the internet. i can watch them perfactly on my computer but when i convert them to dvd and burn it, the audio (sometimes in the middle or the end) isnt up with the video. the last dvd i burned was Saw 2 and like the last 20 min of it the audio lags from the video like a second. is there a way to fix this? i have tried nero 6 and 7 ultra, hp dvd writer. please help.

oh and if any wants to know i extracted the video from the images to mpeg and merged the 2 files to one video.

What did you use to Merge the 2 Mpeg files???

Also if these were VCD or SVCD Images then you do not have to re-encode the Files because VCD Files are allready DVD Compliant and SVCD Files can be made close enough that they should Play on your DVD Player without any problems.....

If you Look in the Guides section you will find a Couple Guides on how to author VCD/SVCD Files to DVD without re-encodeing and this way you Can fit 4 Full VCD movies on a Single DVD or 3 Full SVCD movies on a DVD without any quality Loss.....

well there are 2 ways i can do it. the first that i did is i have a hp dvd movie writer external dvd drive that has a movie program to make them and record from vhs. the software i used i could put different movie clips together and it saves in different formats. i put both the files together and it came out to like 4 gb. way too big for that movie. then i used the new nero 7 ultra i downloaded and downloaded a keygen, it shrinked the mpeg to to like 1.5 gb and also at the same time converted to dvd and burned it all at the same time. took like 1:40 min or so. the new nero rocks i would use that for dvds. the other was to just use nero to merge the 2 files which prolly would have saved me time and it would have made it to dvd. thats what i did.
