Please advice.
Is Clone DVD with Any DVD better compare to the free DVD Decrypter and Shrink DVD?

I speak from my own experience here. YES, CloneDVD 2 with AnyDVD DOES Dual layers VERY well! In CloneDVD 2, select Clone Entire Disc, set target size to DVD+RDL, away you go! I backed War of the Worlds up to a Verb Dual Layer this way, entire process @ 4X burn took about 40 minutes & plays PERFECT.
Use The Best Media for The Best Burns! TYs, Verbs,(Made in Taiwan) Sony MIJs (YUDEN000 T02), Sony Made in Taiwan DVD+R 16x, Maxell MIJ, RITEK G05.

How well does CloneDVD 2 work on episodic DVD's like the Simpson's etc.?
Light is the only thing darkness cannot hide.

CloneDVD 2 works Very Well on this type movie. In fact, you have a lot more control over what you back-up with CloneDVD 2 than many other free or paid programs. Download the Free 21 day trial & try it! May as well download the Free 21 day trial of Slysoft's AnyDVD while you're at it! That's what I did a long time ago, I bought both in a couple days after trying them! This combo has served me very well! I Downloaded the trial version of the AnyDVD and CloneDVD2, tried on Chocolate factory backup, initially everything works fine until when 18 minutes was left from the "Building DVD file" bar (at 25%) and the program hangs (Not responding), I close the program from XP and re-run again, but the program hangs again!
I am using Pent D Dual Core 2.8G with 1GB RAM, DVD Rom and a LiteOn DVD R writer.
Any suggestions?

For DVD dual layer burning try the free DVD Decrypter or the newer burning part of the program ImgBurn. Rip in iso read mode open the MDS file and use iso write. I have found this program to work the best for dual layers.
