Ok all you have to do is select the cheats you want. Then open up the disc tray and swap game but dont close disc tray. Then press start game, then close tray then hit x. Then you can cheat all you want.

Load CB9 like normal use,chose ur codes,press x to disc eject,enter SM3,press x again,and boot ur backup!
