On SlimLines, if you have the game in before turning the unit on it boot s the game normally. But, if you boot it up to the menu, put in the game.. is it normal to reset the unit to play the game?

On older models you could boot the game if you put it in at the main menu screen.

Well on mine the game will only boot unless its in before turning on... Man this sucks!!
