PLease help.
As you can see above i use a mac and could find not suitable place to post this thread so it would be seen by alot of people.mods please move it if need be.
Basically,i need to know how to get a downloaded file of a game to playable ps2 game,i have tried all guide on tgis site believe me,i have been doing this for 2 weeks without success,i have tried all stickys and tutorials but i am missing a few vital parts.
Firstly, i the tools i already have are:
Toast 6.1.1 titanium
Virtual PC 6 with windows 2000
Apache2 for windows
Isobuster for windows
CDdvdgen for windows.
I Have followed a few guides and got stuck each time is there ANYONE here who knows what to do in what order.
I have correct media etc,i am convinced i am close to sussing it out,but i just cannot seem to find THAT guide to help me finally crack a game.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ,i find these forum a superb source of resource and help anmd im hoping this wont be an exception.
I have tried all guides in most threads,so please try not to post links to other threads/guides unless you deem them relevent to what i am after!
Sorry if this seems alot to ask,but i really am beginning to think its just not going to happen for me,frustrating isnt the word!
Hey sly thanks the reply,the game is 2.07 gb.
I can extract the files using isobuster no problem,put when i put them onto cd dvdgen,and fill out the correct fields etc,then go to volume ,it says click gold record button in top right to commence,but i get 2 error messages
aspi manager authorization failed x2
then authorization failed.
In a guide i have been following it says ignore these messages and a new tool will pop up,well it doesnt and the cddvd gen app just freezes and you cant close it,i have check the aspi with aspichk and updated accordingly,any ideas?this is all in windows 2000 by the way.
Do you have any guides will be better to follow?
do you need the guide i have been following/
Also can i do it solely in windows and then drag the finished item onto toast in anyway?
