i cant shrink hollywood homicide. when i use dvd shrink, at 96 or 93 percent a problem saying out of memory. I deleted everyhting cleaned my drive still same problem. Then i used dvd decrypter, i decrypted in file mode and iso mode. They didnt work either.

The problem of file mode was after it was sucessfully completed, i went to shrink to open files and a problem popped up say`ing something wrong with vob_5_4 (something like that)

The problem of iso mode was the same thing at shrink. It said out of memory.

I also used dvd fab express. it didnt work either. after it was sucessful went 2 shrink 2 compress and said out of memory

Has anyone sucessfully burned hollywood homicide, and if so tell what method please!!!!!

actually i downloaded dvd 43 and now it freezes at 98 pecent at shrink

Welcome to the forum. That message indicate that you are running too many processes in the the background as it is eating up your Ram memory Try D/L'ing the program below and ripping the DVD to HD. Then re-boot and now try Shrink( clears memory and cache). If it fails again then you need to add Ram or reduce the program that run in the background or it is a faulty mastered DVD ( bad press or bubble)

car mike thanks for helping but i did everything u said and it still didnt work i think its cause of some protection.i tried every method


i used dvd fab and saved it to my hd. them went to shrink and went open files,i click on the file what i want and click ok, and an error saying invalid data in file .vob

i used smart ripper and then saved it in my hd then went to shrink and went to open files, i click on the file what i want and click ok, and an error saying failed to open file .Ifo.


my BIG question is has any copied hollywood homicide sucesfully and what method

Copied ages ago - very simple movie - no special protections - done with DVD Shrink only in re-author mode.

Think you may have a damaged or faulty disk.

yes it is an older movie i used dvd x copy a few years back and no problem there many programs out there that you can use. any way the movie was not that good
