I purchased a new computer, this being the third and had installed the software on it. This being the only computer it has been installed on. As activating online I received this error.

"Activation Failed!"
"The alotted number of activations has been used for this license."

When I purchased this software I was not aware that it had a limited number of activations. Why would anyone purchase software knowing it could only be install a limited number of times. Do we not own the right to install and activate? This is like purchasing a gift certificate of $75 and it having an expiration date. I consider it stealing from the one who purchased it.

QUESTION: How do I get this software activated?
