I really need help here - get some TV Shows in a DVD-R

Hi,
I downloaded some TV Shows (500 to 600 MB each) AVI file and I have been trying to get them in a 4.7 DVD-R but I have no idea how to do it. I mean I can convert 1 into DVD file (VOB, IFO) but that will be using a whole DVD-R for a 600MB File and what I'm trying to do is at least get 2 Shows in a DVD-R and there where I need help

Try convert the avis into dvd compliant format with VSO (free version), then burn with e.g. Nero:

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/v...

With VSO, you can add more than one avis at one time (just keep adding the avis before hitting 'convert').
