I live in the US and have friends in Ireland who would like me to send them some of my movies that they can not get over there. Are there any programs I can use to burn different regions?

hi, do you have shrinkdvd..
If you use that program eventually you will come across this screen where you can make your dvd region free.

Just use DVD Shrink and check the settings for region-free. It's quite simple. It also doesn't matter if the discs are in NTSC format as it's not a problem playing them in UK/Ireland.

I think DVD Shrink is still the bees knees compared to all the other softwares, which really don't do it any better.
