DUDE....PLZ HELP ME...THIS THING IS VERY IRRITATING....MY PS2 IS SCPH#50003...ITS DVD VERSION IS 3.00E....IT PLAYSTATION DRIVER IS 1.11...AND ITS CD PALYER IS 2.00...I THINK I VE A MESSIAH MOD CHIP INSTALLED...(but i aint so sure)...SO AS ALWAYS I TURNED MA PS2 INTO DA DVD MODE...BY INSERTING A DVD MOVIE..PRESSING THE RESET BUTTON TO STANDBY MODE...AND THEN PRESSING THE RESET BUTTON UNTILL THE BLUE LIGHT APPEARED..THIS WAY I COULD SEE DVD'S...AFTER DAT I THINK I TURNED MA CONSOLE OFF...AND NOW MY PS2 WONT PLAY ANY PS2 GAMES ANYMORE...IT STILL PLAYS THE DVD MOVIES...BUT NOT GAMES...WHNEVA I INSERT GAMES IT GOES 2 A RED SCREEN...DUDE PLZ HELP ME OUT..I M DESPERATE..I HAVE GOT NEW GAMES LIKE NFS:MOST WANTED AND RAW VS SMACKDOWN 2006..AND I CANT EFFIN PLAY THEM...FUDGE!!!!!...PLZ REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

try looking around here : http://www.maxking.com/messiahchip.htm it might have the answer you need, it seems to have guides for most messiah chips.

Sorry for the capslock dude..i 4got bout the rules...i still culdnt figure out the thing...these are the instructions that i used :

HK MESSIAH2 INSTRUCTIONS:

Booting Instructions:
PS2 CD/CDr/DVD/DVD-r : Insert the disc and close tray. Hold reset to power off to standby mode. Let go of reset button. Tap reset button quickly, to start.

PSX CD/CDr and DVD movies: Insert the disc and hold reset for a few seconds to turn off the PS2 (standby). Turn the PS2 back on by holding reset until the blue light on the eject button lights up.

You should always turn the PS2 off (standby) for a few seconds before changing between modes (PSX, DVD, PS2 - copies and originals).

To turn the modchip off (to play PS1 games that may detect the modchip): Turn off the PS2 (go to standby) and hold reset for at least 5 full seconds. The next time you reset the PS2 the modchip will turn itself back on.

Now my ps2 only plays DVD movies and nothing else....the site u gave me jus tells about simple instructions which dusnt work...can u help me this time around..

That's the only thing that i could find about the messiah chips, so i can't help you any further(i've got DMS 4 Pro chips myself, so...)
But there's bound to be someone here that has some answers, just stick around and be patient.
