Can anyone tell me how to switch modes (ie Mode 1,2,3) on HD Advance? Ive tried using "select" with no success and cant run certain games for this reason...
If you can't get hda3 to switch mode you can always use winhip but you would have to connect the Ps2 hdd to your PC while also having the ISO of the game on your PC.

Q: Where have the compatibility modes gone in version 3.0? A: The three compatibility modes from previous versions of HDAdvance are present, but have been renamed. Basically, the top three options in the compatibility screen of version 3.0 (accessed by pressing SELECT on the Main Menu) correspond to the three compatibility modes from previous version of HDAdvance. So, "Slow HDD Access" is the same as MODE 1, "Disable DVD9 Support" the same as MODE 2, and "Kill HDA After Launch" is the same as MODE 3.
