N_B1986,
Welcome to the forum.

Error:
1.Nero Version: 6.6.0.15
You need to update Nero

2.Physical memory : 239MB (245232kB)
Free physical memory: 65MB (67544kB)
Memory in use : 72 %
You are using marginal amount of memory and you need to turn some processes off

3. Disc Manufacturer: CMC MA - G. AE1
Use better media as that media is crap. Try Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden, Ritek or Maxell

4. Status: 0x02 (0x03, SCSI_ABORTED)
HA-Status 0x10 (0x0A, SCSI_HASTAT_REQUEST_SENSE_FAILED)
TA-Status 0x00 (0x00, OK)
Sense Key: 0x05 (KEY_ILLEGAL_REQUEST)
You asked the burner to do something it can not do

5. SCSI Exec, HA 2, TA 0, LUN 0, buffer 0x09430A00
Status: 0x04 (0x01, SCSI_ERR)
HA-Status 0x00 (0x00, OK)
TA-Status 0x02 (0x01, SCSI_TASTATUS_CHKCOND)

Sense Code: 0x29
You are having burner problems recog the media

6. Recorder: <HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4160B>Version: A301

You need to update your firmware to the current. That might help recog the disks properly but you really need to use better blank media. Go to site below and update to A306

N_B1986,
Try better disks as the burner does not recog. the blank media
Disc Manufacturer: CMC MA - G. AE1
Try Verbatim or Maxell

Physical memory : 239MB (245232kB)
Free physical memory: 65MB (67544kB)
Memory in use : 72 %

Also your system process are really low. Can you add ram? as 256 is really marginal to do a DVD. You really need 512 or more but it can be done if you cut off all other processes in the Computer

N_B1986, you need to edit out your Nero serial number before any hackers hacked your serial and use it for free. To edit, click on "pencil & paper" icon on right hand inside the "orange & yellow like" bar, then "edit out" your serial and click "SAVE CHANGES".

I completely agree with both Car.Mike and Creaky when it comes to dvd burning. Obviously, your burner doesn't like the media you're using in this case. Don't use cheap media, especially Memorex aka CMC MAG -- I despise CMC MAG period. They're the very last on bottom when it comes to quality. Please use high quality like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim and Maxell (made in japan) for your next dvd burning project.

Burn process failed at 8x (11,080 KB/s)
I don't recommend to burn at 8X, unless you're using top notch media like Yuden, Verbatim or Maxell (m.i.j). Even if I used top notch media, I'd still go by 4X -- that's the best and safest way.
