First Timer: Audio/Video Trouble

Hi, just joined AD and I've got some problems. I know this is the forum for DVD Shrink but I didn't see one for DVD Decrypter on the opening page. Anyways I downloaded Folder2Iso and DVD Decrypter and I went through all the changing formats and finally I burned my movie and the audio is about 10 seconds away from the video and it sounds really shabby. On my computer the ISO file works fine with Windows Media Player and the Audio/Video match up perfectly. What can I do to fix this. (Probably sounds like a stupid question compared to the ones I've been reading its pretty simple.)

Oh and if there is a page for decrypter, sorry about that.

Ok, couple of questions first...
Before creating the Image file, where did the folders come from? DVD Shrink, P2P, or some other conversion software?

Did you place both VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders in the image file?
