Are there extra features on this disc? If so get rid of them using VobBlanker. Do the same for previews and Warnings.
If the movie is still in the red, I would suggest making it into 2 discs.
If you want to keep the main menu, use VobBlanker to blank out some of the episodes until it is the right size. Make note of which are blanked.
Then burn and mark it as "Millionaire 3: episodes 1 - 6" or whatever.
Do the same for the second disc, but blank out the parts you left in disc 1. Then label it "Millionaire 3: episodes 7 - 13" or whatever.
When you play the disc, it will quickly pass through all of the blanked out episodes or you can use the episode select menu.
Just note that I do not have this DVD, so I have no idea exaclty what episodes to blank out and how many are on the disc.

If you're talking about game, then DVD Shrink can not shrink and or compress game(s). I suggest you need to rebuild the game so it'll fit onto a single layer (4.7GB) DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW and DVD+RW disc. If this is a game, then I suggest you post it in the PS2 forum or XBOX forum (depending on what kind of game you're talking about?).
1) you'll need to rip the game using DVD Decrypter via Mode, ISO, Read R
2) once it's completed, you need to have either ISO Buster or APACHE 2 to extract both layers
3) now you need to have SONY CDDVD GEN rebuild the ISO
4) once you've successfully rebuild your new ISO, burn the newly create ISO with DVD Decrypter again (MODE, ISO, Write W).
Here is a good read for rebuiding PS2 games over 4.7GB http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/210515

Sorry, I thought it was something like "Who wants to Be a Millionaire: Season 3" or something.
Follow Alkohol's advice and you should have no problems.
