DVD shrink.... WHats happening...?

I have successfully used my DVD shrink & Decrypter for a while now. Lately, I have experienced that eonderful I/E error and after decrypting an then running it on Shrink, only one dvd worked. Now, it keeps happening. COuld it be a setting thats off... Please help.

Try cleaning the DVD's first before you rip them.

Try burning at 4x and make sure your firmware is up to date on your burner, also use good media such as Verbatim, Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

I have cleaned it various times and seent he film, the DVD is good. I will try the 4X a try. It gets to 95%.. urgggggg LOL. I tried the DVD fab but Im not sure what to do after it reads the complete disk. My settings are as follows: Source:
E: The film's name (My dvd burner drive)
Target: The folder's name on my PC
