Slide Tool + Swap Magic HELP!!!

I have a European Normal PS2, a SCPH-36001 or something i think, and I have Slide Tool and Swap Magic. I doesn't work!!! It just stays there and freezes!!! HELP!
I was told to change my sig so I did this.

Do you mean after you've swapped the discs and press X to load? If so, that means that it is a problem with your game disc. What type of discs are you using? DVD+R or -R? What speeds are you burning? Have you tried to rebuild the game?
By the way, you might want to remove your email address before you receive some unwanted emails or get banned.

In other words, HK silvers.
Beats me, I've never tried to run HK silvers with the Swap Magic discs. That said, I think HK regional video is NTSC, which is at odds with the European PAL, so try changing the video mode to PAL as well. That doesn't explain why they don't boot at all, though.

libenja, do u have a DVD+/-R burner? Get some good media like Taiyo Yuden, rip your HK silvers to .ISO using Nero or DVD Decrypt0r, then burn them right back to your media. Unless you have a bad/scratched game, this WILL work.
btw i forgot to ask. Have these games EVER worked? Is this your first time using them with SMagic?

btw how do I play backup PS1 games with Slide Tool? Do I use Pro Action Replay? I've tried that and it doesn't work.

libenja, BreakerPro will boot your PS1 games. And you don't have to worry about any slide tool at all. Just load BP, swap it with your PS1 legal backup, and you're done! http://www.breakerpro.com is the manufacturer. btw, if your HK silvers are NOT working, why not rip them with dved decrypter, then use the .ISO file to burn a new copy to good media? Try that on one game & see if it boots.
