Hi all. I have heard from different people that copying PS2 games will screw up the original copy of the game (like cutscenes slowing down). Just wanted to know if this is true or not. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Have you copied any high quality graphics games like Final Fantasy, Onimusha, etc and they all fine to the end of the game?

well i can tell you i have backed up more than i care to count.
Including games like GTA San Andreas which is as graphically
intense as they come. And as long as you use good quality media
you should be just fine. People who have glitchy copies are just plain doing it wrong or on crappy media.

Also know that unless you mod your PS2 you will not be able to play
any back up games.

Philips, Taiyo Yuden, Ritek, Verbatim Datalife, TDK
those are some good brands, i like the 8X DVD-R myself.
