need Action Replay MAX codes

I have these codes for the regular Action Replay (XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX) and I need to convert them to Action REplay MAX codes (XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX). Can Anyone help me? I would really appreciate a response.

I did a bit of looking around, and found out that some older Ar Max's couldn't use the new format (like yours) so here's the the old ones for kingdom hearts :

UK version
http://us.codejunkies.com/codes_show.asp?rf=1&c=GB&cr=GBP&cs=%A3&...

And next time, go to http://www.codejunkies.com/ yourself, go to codes, then look for two little bars that say Platform and Country, then click the one that says Platform, choose Playstation 2 -Action Replay Max, and yer done.
