I just had some problems reloading my DVD XCopy Gold after having to reinstall all of my programs. Although I didnot buy my XCopy from DVD X Copy International, thier support group was fantastic in helping me to get it reloaded. They answered my e-mail in 24 hours as stated and gave me no hassles in issueing me new Activations. It is companies like this that make people come back to them when purchasing. I have all intentions of upgrading to Platinum after the Christmas season is over and will purchase from them. Once again, a TOP NOTCH company with A#1 support staff. Thank you Alice for your help and kindness.
