Does anyone know that if the US version 50001 ps2 can be used to play online PES5? Someone says yes and someone says no. Can the disk ID code used for PAL be used to this model of machine? If yes, can someone give me some detail instruction? I will appreciate any comment. Thank you.
The game is downloaded and patched, I dont know if it is NTSC or PAL. But my machine is NTSC 50001. I insert the diskid (it's for PAL)into the .iso file and burn with Nero, but when I put it into ps2, the screen shakes very quickly. What's the possilble for that. I use flip top and swap magic 3.6, with no problem to play DVD-R games.
I know for a fact it's PAL that's why I said what I said, it is also the reason for the screen going all whacky. I think swap magic has an option that lets you choose NTSC so do that.
thanks. I tried it with PAL model, but it didn't work. I will try with NTSC model anyway. Do you think it is ok to used pes5 diskid(PAL) on my machine (NTSC)to play online?
Thanks for your reply. so I have to have a diskID for PES5 for NTSC before I can play it online, right? or the code is applied to the game not the machine, then I still can use PAL diskID on the .iso image to play it online.
