Hi all. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I got a couple of PS1 and PS2 disks that are scratched and don't work. I wanna repair these so I checked out Amazon and saw mixed reviews about them. Some say that they scratch your disks more, some say they work. So my questions are 1. Can you repair both CDs and DVDs with it and 2. Do they work? Do they repair the disk so they work and not scratch the disks further or do they do more damage? Any advice will be apprieciated.

I had a repair kit that I only used on cd's, but it never completely fixed them. They would work fine for a couple weeks and then they went back to the way they were before. The kit never did make them worse and I never tried it on dvd's. You might have better luck!
