I was wondering if there is any way to get gt4 on a reg. 4.7 dvd, also do we need a pathc to get this game to work?? If so where do I find the patch?

there is no patch that I know of. I think someone posted a tutorial on how to make gt4 smaller so you can fit it on a DVD5 try searching see if you find anything.
