disk read error only with swap magic 3.6 help pls!!

hi
i have a version 5 ps2 and when i put my swap magic 3.6 in it comes up with disk read error but when i put in other games it loads up fine could some advise me on how to fix this problem

I had the same problem with my DVD disc. Have you tried contacting the company that you bought it from and get a replacement?

nope i havent contacted them it worked on my other console i had but it doesnt on this one

Have you tried cleaning the laser on the console that it doesn't work on?

Since you've already cleaned it, have you tried to adjust the gear by the laser.

You could also try it on someone else's ps2, to see if it works at al.

I had the same problem with my old Ps2. I cleaned the lens with rubbing alcohol and it worked. Now I have a version V14 and it works just fine also.
