Well, I had used DVD Decrypter via Mode, File F and VobBlanker just wouldn't recognize the files. I used DVDFab and followed Alkohol's et. al's directions including DVD Shrink and DVD Dycrypter for burning and I have a complete back up. Thanks you guys!!! This is a great resource. Cheers!

Weird, I had no problems with Madagascar, but did with Sky High. Trying Alkohol's fix now.

Pardon the potential off topic post, but I am new here.

How does AnyDVD do with autogk? I normally like to rip to AVI files.

Thanks to all contributors, this is a great resource!

@Viajero,

If you rip to AVI files, then AnyDVD is a waste of money. Just use IFO mode and get the main movie and skip the ARccOS or Ripguard. After that, you can convert the movie with no problem since it will be just like an ordinary media file.

Another newb here
Oddly enough, I am getting a message that says that VTS_02_01 does not exist, but then again after I run it through DVD Decrypter I notice that I really does not exist in the original...should I just blank that out too?

Thanks

Are you sure that VTS_02_1.VOB does not exist? If this is the case, then yes, you would have to blank out VTS_02.
