How can I make an ISO with files such as mctobp-dgr.001?

I have some files for Magna Carta and Dragon Quest 8.
In each of these game folders, there are 60+ files with mctobp-dgr.001 up to mctobp-dgr.064. Each file is 48,000 KB is size.

Now I know that if it were a winrar folder, I would click on the first file and then an ISO would be made. But it isn't so what do I do?

it is so. just follow the usual WinRAR method.

just do a search on these posts for WinRAR, you will
find many posts that explain how to use it and get your ISO
