I have a Nokia 6102 w/Cingular and I have gotten codes from various softwares including DCT-4, Nokiafree, Smart dct 4, and everytime it is telling me that "restriction ON" and a stop sign.
What does it mean. Does it mean that it is Hard Locked and cannot be unlocked or is that only Cingular can unlock it.
My IMEI # is 357100003662878

Appreciate the help. The freeware I have does not seem to have any option for 6102 (I unlocked Nokia 6800 AT&T USA by using unlock.nokiafree.org)

Can i get a unlock code? I have never tried to unlock it before. Hopefully it will work, as most of your codes have worked

Both codes didn't work. It says "phone restrictions on" with a stop sign.
