lol hi i backed up rugby 2005 onto my pc using nero but now i find that all the files are in sum mad nero compressed format? how can i go about gettin this all onto a disc or convert into image ? i think i just need to like uncompress the files

if the "mad Nero compressed format" is .nrg file then just use Nero to burn it. Also, you can use DVD Decrypter to remake an image of the original, decrypter makes .iso.
