How do you tell what version xbox do you have? I hear that the 1.4 version and earlier are the easiest to softmod? Is this true?

I dont know bout earlier versions being easier to softmod, never had any trouble with any i'v done.

im using unleash x hardmod and i found the version number through my system menu.

xbox 1.1 80GB hdd xecuter 2 unleash x dash(possible upgrade in future) very old pc(new one should be coming soon)
bottle of bacardi(depending on how drunk i am sometimes the bottles empty)
packet of smokes(until i smoke them all)
