Maybe those are the new 16x media that could be put inside the 4x batch by mistake ?
actually, the TYG03s have been out for about a year now~ :) 16x DVD-R TYs, from my own experience, is NOT better than the TYG01s/TYG02s; im awaiting the 16x DVD+R TYs w/ the YUDEN000T03 coding, can't wait~
anyways, just wanted to point that out to you...supermediastore.com here in the U.S. has a very similiar "note" when you purchase the 4x DVD-R TYG01s ( they state you could ANY of the 3 rated speeds: TYG01/TYG02/TYG03, go figure...)
just another note from docTY, the 4x are NO LONGER BEING PRODUCED, so, what you see is what you get...they discontinued production early this year, but there was quite a bit of stock left in warehouses of online retailers, so with the "bottleneck" effect, there is still time to get some TYG01s...but, MANY places online are NOW advertising that you MAY get the TYG02s (8x) or the TYG03s (16x) when you place you order...it just depends if they have any more in stock to send you at present time~ hehe
