codebreaker V9 help

I just burned codebreaker V9 on a cd. It was an iso file which i burned at 1x speed with dvd decrypter. When I put the cd in my ps2 I only get the playstation logo and then the screen stays black. Does anynody know why? There was alos a .ELF file with the iso file of codebreaker, but i didn't do anything with this.

As the .nfo file was in french which i couldn't understand, I don't know what to do at all. If anyone has english instructions for me, please post them for me.
