Thats the message I get on my TV after trying to play it on my Panasonic unit. I have been trying trying to decrypt a DVD which has 2 regional codes. I am coming to the conclusion that it cannot be done but I do not know. I am decrypting to my hard drive and shrinking to dvd+rw disc with DVD Region+CSS running and without it running. I have changed the dvd region on my dvd drive to 2 after leaving it at it's original setting of region 1 and have tried recording on both settings. I have run out of computations and have tried to read the help instructions on the different programmes but am I missing something? The resultant shrink does play on my hacked (region free) single DVD player (but not on my Panasonic CD/DVD player, which can take upto 5 discs. Help would be welcome.

you have shrink, instead of allowing only region 1&2 make it region free and see if that will work.

not all cd/dvd players have the ability to play all burnt or single zoned discs. You need to know if it will play multi zoned media or just one zone

First of all a copy is made but it will not play on my Panasonic SC-HT95 player. It plays on my stand alone player. The DVD I am trying to copy has a motif on the back which says Dolby Digital, Dual Mono, Regions 2+4. I have used DVD Decrypter tro burn to the hard disk and then DVD Shrink to burn to a DVD+RW disc with DVD Region+CSS Free enabled. I am under the assumption that this should play on the Panasonic. That is where my problem is, should it or shouldn't it?
I certainly appreciate your help on this.

ok what you will need to do is go to the panasonic site or type your model number into google and see if you can find the unlock code(if there is one) for your dvd player. The unlock code is imputted by the use of your remote control and will make it available to play all zones.

Have spent time trying to find that. It would appear others have been trying to do the same thing for the same model. My question is this?
When I use DVD Decrypter does that or should that get rid of both regions on the DVD I am trying to copy. I am assuming it does as I can see nothing in all that I have read on the links that says it doesn't.

Which brings it down to my player. The other option I have is to try and play the copy I have made to see if it will play on another Region 1 coded player.
