i have recently downloaded swap magic v3.6. it is a .iso file which is obviously a cd-image. Can you please help me to put this onto dvd-r media so that it will work in my ps2

You download DVD Decrypter. And burn it on a dvd r. Theres no point doing it if you dont have any modchip. There be a point if you had swap magic 2.0. But other wise you can't load it unless you have a original swap magic.

1 thing unless your ps2 has a modchip your ps2 wont play the back up vertion of swap magic..

u either need to get it modded.

or

get the proper vertion of swap magic 3.6.

so yes 3dluis is right.

i think my swap magic with slide tool was about £16

i would recomend a flip top saves a bit of hassle but unless u are confident is takeing the insides of you os2 out i wouldnt do it. i would use the slide tool.

No, it WILL boot your backup, BUT you have to have some way to boot the burnt copy of swap magic, so there really is no point.
