Im not quite sure how to fix this problem im a newbie and dont know much but ive tried to fix this problem on my own but have been unsucessful.

Error is as follows:

DVD Shrink has encountered and error and cannot continue
Failed to read file "E:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.VOB'
The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

any help is much appreciated..Thanks!

Try ripping it with DVDFab Decrypter (free program) first. Then shrink it. It will handle the newer encryptions. You can get it at this website or at http://www.filepedia.com

Well actually all dvds im trying to burn right now are telling me this error. I am not familiar with DVDfab i dont even know where to start there.

It's a real simple program, first you out the orginal disc in the read tray, click ok. Then proceed w/ Shrink.
